About the event
Join us for a nature-centered workshop tailored for neurodivergent youth aged 5-8 to explore the world of herbal sensory jars. In this FREE hands-on session, our community herbalist, Taylor Huntley, will guide young creatives on a sensory journey where they will be encouraged to “meet” herbs by touch, smell, and sight followed by creating sensory jars using a blend of their new favorite herbs.
Parents! You will also have the opportunity to receive resources and support from community advocate Selikem Nelson while your child creates new memories. Our goal for this workshop is to encourage self-expression and possibly spark a new passion for herbalism.
